You’ll rotate through different roles across the Supply Chain and have the chance to see projects through from start to finish. We'll support you with one-to-one coaching throughout the apprenticeship from both a buddy (a current apprentice on the scheme) and a champion (someone who has graduated from the scheme and is now working within Nestlé as a supply chain professional).
We’re looking for people who want a rewarding career with a global business. You’ll need Maths and English Language GCSEs or equivalent at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017), but just as important is having the positive, proactive attitude that everyone at our business shares. You will also need to be 18 by the 1st of September 2024 and have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
As well as a starting salary of £23,250, you’ll get a complete understanding of the supply chain and the opportunity to develop your profile and professional network within the business.
“Outside of my day-to-day role I attend career fairs and talks with the others in the Academy. This experience is extremely rewarding as it enables me to share my experiences with others and build a network with new people I wouldn’t necessarily meet otherwise.”
