Cereal Partners Worldwide  CMDA Apprentices

Salary £18,600

Come and do a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship that’ll get you into a management career and earn you a degree in the process. If you already know that you want to play a part in shaping a business for the future, imagine doing that somewhere the size of Nestlé—the world’s largest food and beverage manufacturer! Apply now and you can get straight on with building the career you want and gain a degree, instead of taking a conventional university route.

We want our managers to reflect the diversity of our organisation and customers. Different people mean different opinions and more varied, creative ideas—that’s why we welcome applicants from all walks of life. You’ll always be encouraged to develop your natural talents and acquire new ones—it’s a habit you’ll stay in for as long as you're with Nestlé.

Join us in York, Gatwick, or at Cereal Partners UK in Welwyn Garden City, and with the mentoring and support you’ll receive, you’ll be ready for your career to take off.

What the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship entails

You’ll prepare for a dynamic career with an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of the process that starts with getting Nestlé products to market and ends with a sale and satisfied customer. Spending time with experts in Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Category Development, you’ll then specialise in one of these areas for the remainder of your Apprenticeship.

The programme consists of four placements, where you’ll deep dive into the methods and processes we use to ensure our success. Profit & Loss, branding, retail sales analysis—you’ll study the building blocks of our business and how they fit together.

What’s really exciting about our Apprenticeship is the way you’ll learn by doing, with the support of some of the best professionals in the industry. You’ll also work with world-famous products like KitKat, Smarties, Golden Grahams and Shreddies. Huge brands, plus learning opportunities to match the size of your ambitions. Not to mention time at university, where you will work towards your degree. Pair that with the amazing experience you’ll gain here and you’ve got a real recipe for success.

Who is eligible for the Chartered Manager Apprenticeship?

We’re looking for people with a clear idea of where they want to take their career. You’ll need at least 104 UCAS points (or 260 points from 2017 or previous) before starting the programme, but what’s more important is that you’re applying here because you want a truly world-class career.

Nestlé has sustained its position as a market leader because we’re always looking to the future—we’re looking for you to do the same when you join. This is a chance to make a positive difference with the work you do—and not just here, but in the world at large.

What will I get out of a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship?

On this Higher Apprenticeship, you’ll gain enviable corporate experience and a degree, all without any student loans to repay. You’ll be well on the way with your career, with potential progression that, for some, takes an entire career, while your peers at university are still in their final year and just starting to weigh up their options!

What’s more, there’s arguably never been a better time to become a future Nestlé manager. We’re working at Creating Shared Value (CSV) for all the communities we come into contact with via our ‘Force for Good’ initiative. It sees us aligning commercial objectives with important social responsibilities like healthy eating and protecting the environment, and it’s something you’ll promote in everything you do.

At the end of your Charted Manager Degree Apprenticeship, you’ll be ready to fulfil your ambitions in a role you can be really proud of.

We understand starting a new role can be an expensive time – to aid this we offer relocation support if your role requires a move away from home. We know that the support needed is as individual as you are – so please reach out and let us know how we can make this journey in to work together.
