What can you expect?
You’ll rotate through three roles in as many years as you develop your expertise in Finance and work towards gaining a professional CIMA qualification. With the support of expert mentors, you’ll work in a variety of live environments—supporting Sales to ensure return on investment, updating category forecasts, performing month-end tasks and presenting the latest balance sheets to the Chief Finance Officer. It’s about learning to be a world-class Finance professional by doing the job for real.

Entry Requirements
You’ll need a degree, but that can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is you’re 100% committed to the career path you’ve chosen and will put everything you’ve got into your development. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
What will you get out of it?
As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you’ll finish the scheme as a fully qualified accountant and have the skills and confidence to make a real impact on the wider Finance community at Nestlé.
