Join our three year Technical Leadership Graduate Scheme and gain experience across our Technical and Production function that will enable you to succeed at the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer.

You’ll rotate through two placements in two years before spending a third and final year as a full-time Nestlé employee. Placements are split into six-month periods and based at two factories where you’ll spend time in Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Management and Continuous Improvement, receiving expert guidance every step of the way.
As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you’ll gain experience and professional development to shape you into a specialist capable of building a great future in your chosen field.
You’ll need a degree, but that can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is you’re 100% committed to the career path you’ve chosen and will give everything you’ve got into your development. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
