What can you expect?

Get ready for 10 weeks' learning what goes down in the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer. That’s some serious career insight. Who else gets that part way through uni? Oh and you’ll be given a real-life project with actual business-critical impact. Did we mention that?

You could be based out of one of our different UK sites, but you’ll get to travel all over the place. So you’ll be doing things like process improvement – so we can bring down the cost of our products while still keeping the quality absolutely stellar. Hey, you might even help us develop a whole new line of products, showing us that you’re such hot stuff that we’ll want you back next year on our Graduate Scheme!

There’ll be key business projects. There’ll be state-of-the-art facilities. There’ll be the biggest food brands on the globe right there in front of you with your name on them, saying “_______’s project”! For real. We’ll give you all the support you need to understand what goes on here in Manufacturing so you walk out of here with the hunger to come back soon.

Who are we looking for?

You know who we’re not looking for? Wall flowers. This isn’t one of those 10-week placements where you’ll just fade into the background and show us how quiet and unassuming you are. We want articulate, confident risk-takers with the kind of resilience that sees you bouncing back from setbacks and going for it again and again. Team managers, coaches, people developers – these are the kinds of people we’re building here, so you have to have a bit of that in you already.

Now you’re in your penultimate year at uni, you’ve become an organised, improvement-focused analyst with a serious taste for getting the job done right. Plus you’ve learned how to network like nobody’s business. So what are you waiting for?

Please note that you can only make one application per annual recruitment intake, so do take time to consider what’s going to suit you best. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Applications for 2020/21 will be opening on 28th September.
